7.We will send you a reminder of your final balance invoice 14 days before your collection day. You can simply use the UK fast payments system or an international bank transfer to make your payment. Of course there will be a bit of leeway regarding the payment date, but please try to make the payment as soon as possible to make sure everything goes smoothly!

9.Once your driver arrives make sure that you have two printed copies of your inventory ready – one for yourself and one for the driver to sign and check the goods on and off the van. Ensure that you and the driver go over the inventory together and report any items or boxes missing immediately either to them or to us.
